I still don't know if Fifth Harmony 2.0 is sticking together to do this project. However, I am pretty sure we will because according to Simon Cowell, owner of our record label, said that our contract is not ending anytime soon which means we are trapped and he is also holding us against our own will. We will have to work together, wether we like it or not. And well, Simon can get very, very mean if things don't go his way, and we are not planning on ending on the streets so might as well just do this one last project together before we speak to lawyer. Okay, all jokes aside, this is the genre that we would do if we work as a group.
Because we are planning to do another scene from our past project called "Secrets of Salem"the genre we
would be working with would be thriller. Thriller movies are meant to have a sense of tension and get the audience nervous, exited or suspense throughout the whole movie. A big characteristic of a thriller movie would be the suspense that most of the movies in this genre have, since the movies often let the audience make their theories of what they think is happening which makes them keep guessing and with a good thriller movie, it would engage the audience all the way until the end, in which thriller movies often have an unexpected plot twist at the end, and the audience would most likely not be expecting.
A thriller movie that has a major plot twist at the end would be "Fractured". Released on September 22, 2019, this movie will have you on the edge of your seat, as this movie is about a couple driving and arguing in the car while they stop at the gas station to buy batteries for the music device. While Ray (the dad) is distracted, Perci (the daughter) falls into a hole, in which she fractures her arm and Ray hits his head while trying to save her. Long story short they go in the hospital to treat her arm and while in there, shady stuff happens like when the record of Perci and his wife are not there, which means they were never treated. But Ray took them to the hospital, right? Long after, he goes crazy, even with the police suspecting him of killing them because there was blood in the pit. At the end, he rescues his daughter from getting her organs taken out, along with his wife. But that's not it. It is later revealed that Perci died from the fall and he also pushed his wife. The bodies were always back in the trunk if his car and because he couldn't accept the truth, him going to the hospital and hallucinating was a way to escape from his reality. And you might be wondering who is the person that he saved. Well, it was actually someone who was in the middle of having surgery and the person was very critical condition. It was absolutely terrifying. Great ending though.By doing more research about the genre, I am more informed on the elements a thriller movie should have like suspense, and making the viewers have that feeling of anticipation and to want more than just a film opening and to also not to give the audience the answers for the questions they have but to make them work for it for them to figure out what is happening on the film. If the purpose of the film is revealed to the audience with no sense of making them feel the anticipation, then they won't put in the effort to watch the movie and get bored easily. The goal is to make the audience intrigued and wondering throughout the whole film opening, without knowing what is going to happen next and making them trying to figure it out.
